& Attic Remodel

Many home projects are about taking a space you have enjoyed for years and giving it new life.  What may have been the perfect home for you and your family at one point in time may not work for you today.  Updating colors, repurposing spaces and building on can transform your home to match your evolving lifestyle and bring a new feel throughout.

By embracing the angled walls of their attic, the owners added livable space to their home and created a custom hideaway. These rooms mix the playful with the practical by providing built-ins and a sky light. This is a perfect spot for guests or for a kid’s sleepover. The remodel of the “Jack and Jill” bathroom, accessible from the children’s bedrooms, was made more convenient for two people to use simultaneously.

The home’s curb appeal was maximized by updating it with a new paint color, changing the front entry with a new door and creating an appealing walkway. All of this combined with new landscaping gives the house a more desirable presence from the street. An enclosed patio room was added to the back of the house and outdoor living spaces were designed to make it an attractive and desirable place to entertain.
